Refund policy

We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Before returning any item, customers must contact us to obtain return authorization and the correct return address. Products may ship from different fulfillment centers, so items should not be returned without prior authorization.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise caused by an error in fulfillment.

Certain products may be non-returnable due to health, hygiene, safety, manufacturer, or supplier restrictions. Any applicable restrictions will be disclosed where required.

Refunds are issued after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with the order information and supporting photos so we can resolve the issue.

Orders that have already entered processing or fulfillment may not be eligible for cancellation.
